Cooking Lesson Tour

Being a center of cultural diversity, Zanzibar is a home of varieties of recipes.   You begin your life experience from the market place at Darajani.

It is a common market in Stone Town of Unguja Island, where food varieties are available to buy for cooking of the day. A market begins from 7am up to 5pm in evening. At these days an evening market proceeds up to 2pm outside the market compound.  

Our local guide will help you to get your buy of foods, tropic fruits, spices and all ingredients of the day. You can smell some of the spices aroma and take some picture for memory of your Holiday. It is a good ways to get insight of the market during the rush hours, and a great experience.  

At midday, you will get in touch with our Swahili mother ready to teach the Swahili cooking.  Also, it is possible for you to learn its uses. Be ready to experience what others experience, most who have taken it are said to learnt a lot and enjoyed it. Remember this trip is also possible to be combining with spice tour.
